SIGNED ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACT FOR GRANTING NON-REPAYABLE FINANCIAL AID UNDER THE "HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT" PROGRAM 2021–2027, CO-FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION THROUGH THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND
On November 21, 2024, „Bright Engineering“ Ltd. signed an Administrative Contract for Granting Non-Repayable Financial Aid No. BG05SFPR002-1.004-0203-C01 with the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy under the „Human Resources Development“ Program 2021–2027, Priority 1: Promotion of Employment and Skill Development, Procedure BG05SFPR002-1.004 „Adapted Working Environment“ for the implementation of the project „Healthy and Safe Working Environment at Bright Engineering Ltd.“ The project duration is 18 months, with a total value of BGN 173,956.93, of which BGN 147,863.39 is European funding and BGN 26,093.54 is national funding.
The main goal of improving the healthy and safe working environment at Bright Engineering Ltd. includes achieving sustainable working conditions for employees and reducing health risks in the workplace.
The specific objectives are focused on:
Ensuring protection from potential workplace hazards;
Improving productivity and work efficiency through the provision of collective protective equipment;
Slowing down economic stagnation and job losses;
Efficient use of resources to achieve an eco-friendly, competitive, green economy contributing to sustainable development;
Organizing the workspace for better safety, more convenient, and healthy conditions.
The project aligns with the priority directions of the procedure, and its implementation will contribute to achieving Priority 1: „Promotion of Employment and Skill Development“ and Specific Objective 4: „Encouraging the adaptation of workers, businesses, and entrepreneurs to changes, active life for the elderly, and healthy aging, as well as a healthy and well-adapted working environment that accounts for health risks.“
