Design, delivery, cabinets manufactoring and supervision of mashine monitoring system (MMS) GE/Bently Nevada

Staatsolie refinery expansion project – Paramaribo, Suriname. As a Honeywell’s subcontractor Bright Engineering’s scope was split up on two parts: Delivery and installation of Machine Monitoring System Cabinets for number of 31 rotating machines, including:
  • Centrifugal compressors – number of 6;
  • Reciprocating compressors – number of 7;
  • Big pumps – 2;
  • Pumps – 10
  • ID Fans – number of 6
The MMS comprise number of 25  3500 System Racks distributed in 11 System Cabinets. The following activities were included in Bright Eng. Scope:
  • Detailed Cabinet design of 11 System Cabinets;
  • Delivery of 25 Bently Nevada 3500 System Racks and auxiliary equipment;
  • Manufacturing of cabinets and tests;
  • FAT of MMS System Cabinets;
  • Integrated FAT in Ossona, Milano
On-site services, including:
  • Site Acceptance Tests of delivered MMS cabinets;
  • On-site support;
  • Commissioning and Startup of MMS.
